Platform: Elimu Digital website and mobile application.
User: Any person who accesses the Platform, whether as a learner or course creator.
Course Creator: A registered user who publishes courses.
Learner: A registered user who enrolls in or accesses course content.
Content: All materials including text, videos, quizzes, documents, and other instructional content.

5. Course Content and Ownership
Course creators retain intellectual property rights in the content they upload.
By publishing content on Elimu Digital, creators grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and promote the content on our platform.
Elimu Digital does not claim ownership of your content, but we require permission to operate the platform and promote courses.

6. Use of the Platform
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
Post or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, or violates any Kenyan law.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

7. Payments and Earnings
Learners may pay for premium courses through integrated payment methods.
Course creators are eligible to earn income based on views, enrollments, or direct purchases.
Payouts to creators will be made monthly, subject to a minimum payout threshold and applicable taxes.
Elimu Digital may deduct service fees as agreed in our monetization policy.

8. Certification
Elimu Digital issues certificates of completion for learners who finish courses, based on the criteria set by each course creator. These certificates do not constitute official academic accreditation unless otherwise stated.

9. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms.
Remove content that violates our policies or any applicable law.
Discontinue the Platform or any part of it with notice.

10. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, service marks, logos, and platform content (excluding user-submitted content) are the property of Elimu Digital or its licensors and are protected by Kenyan copyright and intellectual property laws.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Limitation of Liability
